HRI offers these comprehensive education classes, free of charge on a monthly basis. Seminars include presentations by mortgage loan representatives, home inspectors, home insurance specialists, real estate brokers and our own staff. The seminars are designed to provide an extensive overview of the home buying process.

MILWAUKEE classes meet on Wednesdays from 6:00-8:30 p.m. or Saturdays from 10:00am-4:00pm.

After taking the seminar, individuals can sign-up for one-on-one counseling sessions.
Free Spanish classes are held at our Lincoln Avenue and Mound Avenue offices. Classes will cover the same material as the classes held in English, as well as address using an ITIN number to obtain a mortgage.
