The Tool Loan Program lends tools to people who own homes in the City of Milwaukee. For homeowners who are planning do-it-yourself home improvement projects, our Tool Loan Centers provide a low cost alternative for finding the tools you need. The Tool Loan Centers stock a wide variety of hand and power tools from screwdrivers, hammers and pipe wrenches to sanders, saws, ladders, wheel barrows and much more. Membership is easy, just stop by and sign up. The annual fee is $25 or $20 for those 62 years and older. To download a membership application, click here. Return your completed application to a Tool Loan Center near you.
