Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
Housing Resources is committed to assisting homeowners in protecting their greatest assets which for many are their homes. This is a difficult time in which many homeowners are facing foreclosure or in the foreclosure process. For those who wish to save their homes, we are here to help.
Homeowners who are in foreclosure or facing foreclosure should contact our partner the Homeownership Preservation Foundation on the HOPE Hotline at 1-888-995-HOPE (4673). Specialists are available 24 hours a day / 7days a week.
Housing Resources foreclosure specialists can provide you with face-to-face or over the telephone counseling. Upon making contact with the HOPE Hotline, if you would like local counseling, you should inform the Hotline representative that you would like to be referred to our organization for counseling where our specialists can assist you. We can help you negotiate repayment plans, loan modifications, and other alternatives to foreclosure, and support you in working through your options. Our main goal is to help save homes.
